My flat is very well located : it is in the middle of Paris (2 rue tronchet), next to the RER A, RER E, Saint Lazare train station, several metros (1,3,7,8,9,12,13,14), a lot of bus (20,22,21,24,26,27,28,29,32,42,43,52,53,66,68,84,94,...). Everyborder of Paris is reached within 15 - 25 minutes. The flat is very nice and quite big for a Paris flat (90m²) : there is a beautiful living room, a nice kitchen with an opening on the living room, a big bathroom. The room to be rent is very well lightened. It is located at the end of a coridor, where no one can access which allows very much intimacy. I ask around 850€ and this includes every thing : local phones and some foreign phones, internet, electricity, gas, building price, ...
