Flat is in and 19th typical Parisian building and it has just been renewed. Fully equipped (TV, DVD, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc.) and fully furnished. The room has a comfie double bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and shelves. The rooms and the living room overlook a Garden (quiet and pleasant), it's oriented south and it's on the 4th floor (lots of light). Good location: - Transport - metro : 1min line 12 – Marx Dormoy ; 5 min line 4 (château rouge) and line 2 (La Chapelle), 10 min to Gare du Nord (RER B & D, line 4 & 5) ; bike station 1 min away, buses (line 65 and others) - Marx Dormoy has a typical Parisian market with a pedestrian area (restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butchers, ..) - 10 min walking to Montmartre or the canal To share with me: Stephanie, 29, French, working in Paris.
